Proxyseed is a private holding company based in Denmark. I put my own money into businesses to stay involved for the long haul. No leverage games, no growth-at-all-costs, no five-year exit plan.

  • I hold and rarely sell

    Most of what I invest in, I expect to keep. Selling is the exception, not the plan. That changes how I treat the people I work with.

  • My money & timeline

    There are no outside investors setting the clock. So I can be patient when a business needs time, and honest when it needs a hard conversation.

  • Help where it helps

    I'm useful with strategy, process optimization, and the boring operational stuff. I'm not interested in taking a company apart to make a quick return.

A note from the founder

Proxyseed was formed because I wanted a home for the companies I care about. One that would not be forced to sell off just because a fund reached the end of its life.

I'm not trying to build the biggest portfolio in Denmark. I would rather own a group of good businesses, know the people inside them, and be genuinely helpful when it matters. If that sounds like the kind of partner you are looking for, I would love to hear from you.
