Privacy Policy
We keep this simple, because our practice is simple: we do not monitor, track, or sell personal data.
Our position on your data
Proxyseed ApS ("Proxyseed", "we", "us") is a private holding company. We do not monitor, track, or sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not use behavioural tracking, and we do not share personal information with data brokers or third-party advertisers.
This website is informational only. It exists to describe who we are and what we own — not to collect data about the people who visit it.
What we collect
By default, we collect no personal data through this website. There are no marketing cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, and no analytics that identify you personally.
The only time we hold personal data is when you choose to contact us directly — for example, by emailing legal@proxyseed.com. In that case we process the information you send us solely to respond to your message.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where we process personal data you send us by email, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where relevant, on taking steps at your request prior to any potential relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any legal or accounting obligations that apply to us as a Danish company. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@proxyseed.com.
